This particular OtoClip is for Behind-the-Ear, or BTE, hearing aids only (hearing aid with tube and ear mold). This OtoClip is for one hearing aid only (binaural OtoClip available). Red color-coded clip helps identify right side hearing aid and blue indicates left. Instructions are included. Approximately 9.5 inches in length.
