This auction is for a 3-Year REPAIR of Any Make / Any Model BTE (Behind -the-Ear) Single Hearing Aid.
If your BTE has a wired receiver (otherwise know as a RIC [receiver in canal]) the repair cost covers the unit only. The wired receiver is a separate charge.
This is for an internal repair, not for damaged or broken casing.
This warranty service covers a single same serial number hearing for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. Unlimited repairs minus and receiver cost.
We are not responsible if your hearing aid gets lost in the mail. You are welcome to insure your hearing aids. We do recommend sending with signature required receipt.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days (often quicker) from the time of receipt to complete the repair.
This warranty covers a single hearing aid for a period of 3 years. Protect your hearing investment today!
Simply send us your hearing anytime during this 3-year period (shipping cost not included) and we will repair and send your hearing aid back to you with tracking/signatute confirmation. A great peace of mind to protect your investment.
We will send you a warranty certificate once you provide us with hearing aid(s) serial number and make/model PER hearing aid.
For hearing aid purchases according to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide to me either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained.
